OUR STORY
Once upon a time, I was that person who spent years searching for the perfect fudge - the kind that reminded me of the warm, melt-in-your-mouth memories of childhood. But time and time again, I was disappointed. The fudge I found was always soft, squishy, and lacking that real, tablet-like texture that was so dear to my heart. It wasn't proper fudge.

I knew there had to be others out there who shared my longing for that classic, crumbly yet rich fudge. And so, with a spark of determination and a dash of nostalgia, I decided to create it myself.

In the autumn of 2005, in the heart of my tiny cottage kitchen, Yara's Fudge was born - after more than a few failed attempts and a lot of trial and error. But when that first perfect batch of tablet fudge came to life, it was a moment I’ll never forget. The fudge I had longed for was finally real.

Through countless farmers' markets, shows, charity fairs, and countless online orders, Yara’s Fudge has become a beloved name across the Cotswolds, with a loyal following of fudge fans who, just like me, understand the magic of that perfect bite.

We are a family business, making tablet fudge since 2005 and widely considered as one of the finest in the country.
My journey began in the autumn of 2005 at my very first event, held at Westonbirt School in Gloucestershire. It was there, in that crisp, autumn air, that I sold out by lunchtime. It was a sign - there was clearly a hunger for my kind of artisan fudge here in the Cotswolds.

Since then, I’ve been bringing my handcrafted fudge to communities across Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire, selling regularly at Farmers’ Markets and local events. Every sale, every smile, and every satisfied customer has only deepened my love for what I do.

Today, I’m thrilled to serve my loyal customers through my Online Shop at www.YarasFudge.co.uk, bringing the joy of my fudge straight to your door. I’m also proud to have my fudge stocked in a handful of cherished farm shops, including Pengethley and Over, and Coleford Deli and Puzzlewood in the Forest of Dean.
